All HowZZy games are FREE to any registered player. Sponsors pay for the tickets generated on this website.
By becoming a HowZZy PLAYER or a SPONSOR, you accept, without limitation, the HowZZy Official Rules in this page. These Official Rules cover all games played on HowZZy’s web sites and all games controlled by HowZZy on third party sites. Additional rules pertaining to any game may be found under a rules section of the game. In order to participate in HowZZy games, the players must accept the Official Rules and the decision of HowZZy management on all matters will be final and binding in all respects.
REQUIRED
Players must be 18 or older to play HowZZy games.
Games are to be conducted for entertainment purposes and in fair intentions ONLY.
To play HowZZy games, players must reserve the ticket by providing valid personal details. HowZZy will confirm a possible win using ANY or ALL of the given information, and will disqualify a player if any of the details given are found to be invalid.
HowZZy players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their registration information.
DONT'S
Strictly no gambling, no stakes using any resources generated or within HowZZy.
The use of multiple identities by the same player is strictly prohibited and players suspected of using multiple identities are subject to immediate disqualification.
Employees of HowZZy, their associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies, and their families, agents or anyone connected with the site, are not eligible to win prizes on HowZZy games and games managed by HowZZy on sponsored sites.
HowZZy and its sponsors reserve the right to disqualify players who are suspected of making false claims for prize.
HowZZy games are void where prohibited by law. Participation in the games is void in jurisdictions (countries or states) where participation is prohibited by law.
Tickets generated through HowZZy must be used in compliance with applicable laws of your town, state and country.
PRIZE INFO
HowZZy and its sponsors reserve the right to verify the eligibility of any winner before prize is issued, and also reserves the right to refuse prize claims to any player who violates these Official Rules.
Players who win are responsible for collecting the prizes from the outlet mentioned in the Ticket. Prizes can not be exchanged for cash.
In each HowZZy game, the player has one chance to win per game - a LINE prize, a DOUBLE LINE prize or a TAMBOLA prize.
Only one prize PER ticket. The highest prize eligible will be considered for prize claims.
Winners may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize.
Winners will be notified by email of their prize. Email notification of prizes does not constitute a guarantee of prize.
RESERVATIONS
HowZZy reserves the right, at its own discretion and without cause, to disqualify any individual from being a HowZZy player. HowZZy also reserves the right at its own discretion to withhold any prizes won by players suspected of violating these Official Rules.
HowZZy reserves the right to stop any game at any time and for any duration of time.
HowZZy reserves the right to add any game at any time.
HowZZy reserves the right to change the Official Rules at any time.
In all games, if as a result of a hardware or software error of any kind, there are more winning claims than budgeted for, then HowZZy reserve the right to award the budgeted prizes by use of a random draw among valid claimants.
In accepting these Official Rules players consent to the use of their names, likenesses, and general locations, for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
HowZZy is not responsible for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind.
All materials contained within the HowZZy site, and in the HowZZy games sections on other sites, are the copyright of HowZZy.
Reproduction of any materials from this site without written permission from HowZZy management is strictly prohibited.
